Welcome to my shop! Please read my Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. As the sole owner and operator of this shop, I handle everything from design to shipping. By purchasing from my shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: Please note that this is a one-person operation. All orders will be carefully packed and shipped by me within one week from the date the merchandise arrives at my facility, not from the date you place your order. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I prepare your items with care.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to you. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. All sales are final. Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact me before you place your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item in question. I will address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
